• EMI/RFI Filters: commonly known as electromagnetic interference filters, available with nominal voltage 85-265 Vac, insulation resistance 100 Mohm, winding ratio 1:1 (+/- 1%), hipot test at 2500 Vac, maximum operating temperature 125°C, compliant with ROHS regulations.
• Common Mode Chokes: limit the variation of the output current up to 10°, dual inductance up to 100 mH, resonance from 100 kHz to 3 MHz, and low electrical resistance.
• Power Inductors: similar to the previous inductors but rated for higher currents and coated with a heat-shrink polyolefin sleeve, low electrical resistance, and temperature rise.
• Current Transformers: transform the voltage and current intensity of the input (primary) from 10A to 100A, high-frequency operation up to 200kHz, made with winding ratios from 1:50 to 1:800, safety ensured by a reliable galvanic isolation system, and compliant with ROHS regulations.
• Pulse Transformers: devices primarily used for driving semiconductors (SCRs, TRIACs), featuring excellent magnetic coupling and operating frequencies up to 200 kHz; for these products as well, safety is ensured by a galvanic isolation system and the use of UL materials (UL 94-VH compliant plastic).

Production - Production Lines

The production lines dedicated to the manufacturing of these components can vary depending on the required production volumes and the specific characteristics of each product. Mass production with quantities exceeding 5k/10k pieces is carried out with the assistance of automatic machines. Pre-series (or samples) and smaller productions are manually produced by skilled operators.
