power units intro
POWER UNITS
During the last years of development in the electronic sector, we introduced our SMPS AC/DC series TY 30 power supplies to the market, designed according to the flyback topology. These represent a viable alternative to the TYE30 class of encapsulated AC/AC transformers for PCB applications.
The versatility of this product allows for a wide range of applications, from industrial to domestic, thanks to its compact size, high efficiency, and reduced standby power consumption.
In addition to the quality and competitiveness of the versions we offer, the main characteristics of this product also include: the input voltage range (85-230 Vac), regulated secondary voltage (single or dual), insulation resistance up to 10 M Ohm (500 Vdc), circuit overload protection, and durability (life cycle > 50,000h at 25°C).
Production - Production Lines
The entire production line is automated and equipped with the following machinery: automatic insertion (SMT) for both axial and radial components as well as SMD, automatic wave soldering machines, automatic power supply testing system, state-of-the-art automatic potting line, and many other cutting-edge devices that enable us to ensure high quality and reliability. Each individual unit must undergo high-temperature burn-in testing at full load; 100% of products are tested at the end of production.
Materials and Certifications
The SMPS AC/DC series TY 30 power supplies are manufactured in compliance with safety regulations EN61558-2-16 and EN60335. Regarding EMC standards for radiated electromagnetic emissions, they comply with regulations EN55014, EN5022, and EN61000-4-X. All series of our products are certified by a CNAS accredited laboratory.
Quality
Electrical and dimensional checks are performed on a sampling basis according to AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) standards, and all detected parameters are recorded in specific modules (test reports) for rapid verification and traceability of the production batch. 100% of the products are tested at the end of production.
